i have a question i am thinking of buying this product but can you put it on your actual arms i want to lighten my arms tan and it says for under arms and armpits but it doesn’t specify the actual complete arm can i or would it affect me?

I have sun damage (age spots) all over my face as a result of too much sun exposure during my 20’s. These spots started showing up when I turned 50. Nothing really worked except prescription hydroquinone which has some undesirable side effects causing treated areas to wrinkle and develop crevices.
