Best 10 Cheap Fade Creams

Fade creams are quite popular among dark-skinned and brown-skinned women who aspire to lighter, clearer skins. Fade creams also help overcome the common problem of hyperpigmentation, or simply put, dark patches, and also scars and blemishes. The dark patches appear because of the reaction of the pigment melanin with the UV rays of the sun. So a sunblock would be a good way to combat these patches. But besides, there is also a wide range of fade creams available which help in tacking these nagging skin problems. Many of these creams also lighten tattoo marks. A lot of websites provide fade cream reviews by customers to help consumers choose the right kind of cream for their skin. Let us take a look at a few fade creams which come in the modest price bracket.

Amira magic cream:

This is one of the most commonly available and popular fade cream. It is priced very reasonably, within $3, making it accessible to most people. It targets patches, blemishes and pimple marks, and users have certified that it manages to make the average dark skin up to two shades lighter. Some have, however, complained that going out in the sun after using Amira magic cream has resulted in dark patches reappearing. The cream is best applied at bedtime.

Ambi skin discoloration fade cream:

A number of women have used this cream for years and claimed that it works over a long period. It is particularly good with freckles and sunspots. It is within the $5-$6 range. While the basic product is quite old, the manufacturers have come up with newer variations designed for oily, normal and sensitive skins

Esoterica fade cream:

Esoterica is another product that has been in the market for quite a while now, and it is known to “gradually fade away freckles and age spots”. This cream is to be locally applied, and its use must be discontinued when the problem disappears, only to be resumed if, and when the discoloration happens again. It is much more expensive than most other cream, a bottle coming for $24.

Palmer’s skin success fade cream:

This cream is probably the most popular among several fade creams from the brand stable. It comes for a modest $5.59, and uses Vitamins C and E (with their well-known skin-improving properties) to produce a homogenous skin tone. This cream helps those with stretch mark problems too.

Eventone fade cream:

A Palmer’s product, the Eventone cream treats discolorations quite effectively and lightens dark spots and uneven patches. It’s is priced at around $ 10.

Nadinola fade cream:

Like most good fade creams, Nadinola works very well on patches and pimples. It has earned the faith of millions of women, and has stayed popular for year after year. A unique feature of this cream is that it work quite well on patches resulting from the long-term use of oral contraceptive pills.

Porcelana fade cream:

The name itself suggests that the manufacturers are quite ambitious, if they are indeed thinking of transforming an African-American woman’s skin into the palest of porcelain. It is quite steeply priced, though, at $31 and thereabouts. But to justify the pricing, it must be said that the ingredients are mostly natural. Besides, Porcelana also has a good sunscreen content, and that saves the user the trouble of applying a sunscreen even after using Procelana.

Dermisa skin fade cream:

The best thing about this cream is that it is oil free and hence perfectly suited for those with oily skin.

Black and White Bleaching cream:

This cream too is light on greasiness and its main ingredient is hydroquinone. Ever since the negative effects of hyroquinone have become known, a lot of people have turned away from this product.

I use fade creams for my pimple scars, i am a woman of color so i get dark spots after a tiny pimple.
I have used nadinola super strength (i think 3% hydro) and it worked amazing…in a week or less it erases my scars.
I went to the store to get it but couldnt find the 3% one anywhere, so i bought Dermisa to try it. I started using it today

    I hope it works!

PS: for everything else (legs especially), palmer is G.R.E.A.T, its so concentrated, but the price is not so good for the little that you get, so for that just get VASELINE cocoa butter, it works as good, and you get triple the amount for the same price. I had dull dark spots all over my legs for years, and a bottle later, they were all gone and i get compliments on my legs all the time.

    Hope my review helped,

  2. Obagi makes some pretty good skin whitening creams too. They may cost a little more, but they do more to protect the skin while the whitening agent is working. I like your website because the information is very trustworthy and accurate.
